First-year residents are selected through the National Resident Matching Program. Applications should be submitted via the Electronic Resident Application Service (ERAS). Completed applications and supporting documents (personal statement, curriculum vitae, transcript from medical school, three letters of recommendation and a photograph) should be received by the last Friday in October of the academic application year. A Dean's letter is also required; however, these are often sent out in early November. Receiving a Dean's letter after the October deadline will not affect your application.

After applications are reviewed by the Radiology Residency Committee, letters or e-mails will be sent out notifying applicants as to whether or not they have been invited to interview for a position. This notification is sent out during the first week of December. Interviews for the coming year will be held during the first week in January. All applicants must make arrangements to be available at that time.
